An interactive experience enabling athletes to learn, discuss, create and apply personalized commitment plans while networking amongst other teammates, teams and/or sports.

  • The best way to determine if Durable Minds is a fit for you is to book a 30 minute Complimentary Strategy Session via Zoom.

    It will allow you to share information about your athlete or team and allow us to answer any questions you may have before making any type of commitment.

  • Public Registration Workshop is a LIVE event, in your region, organized by Durable Minds LLC. It is open to any athlete specified in the Upcoming Events details [ex. Male v. Female; Specific age range; etc.]

    Private Registration Workshop is only available to the contracted team, association, school or organization. When an organization is contracted a registration link is sent through the organizations leader.

  • Open Registration:

    $79/Athlete.

    Team/Org. Registration [Cost of registration does not include travel expenses. That cost will be included in the final invoice]

    0-50 Athletes = $1,500

    51-100 Athletes = $2,940

    101-150 Athletes = $4320

    151-200 Athletes = $5,640

    201-250 Athletes = $6,900

    251-300 Athletes = $8,100

  • The Foundations Workshop is a 3 hour workshop including breaks.

    Workshops maybe broken up into separate modules if requested during the discovery session.

    Virtual workshops are typically broken up into individual modules.

  • At the LIVE workshop each athlete will receive a workbook, pen, and a Durable Minds vinyl helmet/water bottle sticker.

    For the Virtual Workshop each athlete will receive a downloadable pdf Workbook.

  • For the LIVE workshop each athlete will need to come with an open mind, willingness to participate, water bottle and a healthy snack they can eat during breaks.

    For the Virtual workshop, each athlete will need come with an open mind, willingness to participate, a printed copy of the downloadable pdf, a pen and a quiet productive space for learning.

  • We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please connect with us before the 24 hour period otherwise your registration fee will be forfeited.

    If Durable Minds has to cancel due to an emergency, we will offer a rescheduled date or refund the registration fee.

Welcome to a private or semi-private coaching experience designed for individuals to learn, discuss, and apply tools necessary to enhance their mental performance.

    2 Athletes = $96 / 30 min. session

Welcome to a facilitated peer experience designed for individuals grappling with the challenges of navigating a game, season, or career limiting injury. The most effective support often comes from those who have experienced similar circumstances.

  • ART stands for Athlete Resilience Team. It is designed for athletes who are struggling with the impact of injury. This powerful support platform is facilitated by a Durable Minds practitioner, but its strength lies in athletes sharing their challenges, struggles, and solutions during the isolating time of healing.

  • Registration:

    $25/Athlete/Month. The fee will be set up on a monthly commitment

  • Each cohort runs once a week for four weeks.

  • Absolutely! This is type of structure supports an athlete for as long as they have the need and see the value.

  • We ask each athlete to find a safe, private, and comfortable space, and come with an open mind and a willingness to participate.

    There will be an exchange of ideas and best practices, so we encourage each athlete to have a resource available for journaling these thoughts and ideas.

  • We realize that you will return to competition or wish to discontinue the A.R.T. offering. When that time comes you can simply cancel your registration at anytime. You are committed for the current month you have paid, but your next months billing cycle will be cancelled
